About this site

This is Marc Miceli’s portfolio, Journal, and overview of website services. Work examples describe particular projects; the Journal also includes Marc’s own observations and opinions. Views and information may change over time. Please use the site respectfully and do not treat a description of past work as a promise of an identical result for your project.

Journal and general information

Journal writing reflects personal experience and perspective. It is general information, not advice or a recommendation tailored to you. In particular, discussion of fitness, nutrition, health, money, investing, business, or legal subjects is not medical, financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice. Do not use it as a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances, especially when making consequential decisions.

References to tools, platforms, or third-party sites are for context; Marc does not control their content or practices.

Website services and project quotes

Custom websites are tailored to your project. Each project receives a written, project-specific proposal and quote before you commit. The proposal defines the agreed website and included initial reels with accompanying copy, along with deliverables, revisions, and the project schedule. No fixed page or content count is promised. Requests outside the agreed build scope are quoted separately and require your approval before work begins.

Monthly management starts when the site goes live unless otherwise agreed. Hosting, software maintenance, monitoring for loading problems, and agreed text or photo changes to existing pages are included. This does not include unlimited edits. The proposal sets the scope and workload; ongoing content, new pages, substantial changes, and integrations need separate scope, quote, and approval.

Ending management requires 30 days’ notice. Access and assets are transferred within one month of receiving the client’s notice of intent to end the service. This does not grant new source-code ownership or third-party license rights; third-party transfer restrictions still apply.

You own your domain. Setup or purchase assistance is available; the proposal confirms renewal responsibilities and separate domain, third-party subscription, and other external fees. After the introductory call and scope agreement, we record your on-camera interview before writing, design, and build. As a guide, design and build takes about two weeks after that recorded interview, assuming materials are ready. The estimate does not start at the introductory call. The proposal confirms the schedule; this is not a guaranteed launch date. Launch requires your approval.

Sending a message or website inquiry does not book a call or create a website-services agreement. Marc will follow up to coordinate a discovery conversation. If you and Marc decide to work together, the separate written project proposal and agreement govern that work; these site terms do not replace them.
